WHAT DOES IT TAKE?

After we receive a script from your company, together with your voice preference for male or female, the audio production team shall record a tune from the initial script.

WHAT IS THE SET UP SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT FOR A BUSINESSES TUNE?

It takes 72 hours for it to be ready.

HOW DO I UPLOAD MY TUNE ON SKIZA PLATFORM?

You will send the tune's skiza code to 811. e.g send Skiza 7660057 to 811.

HOW LONG WILL THE BUSINESS TUNE BE KEPT ON THE BUSINESS NUMBER/LINE?

After downloading it, you can keep it as long as you want or up to the time you may want to change it.

WHAT ARE THE SERVICE CHARGES?

The service shall attract a one off fee of 5,000 for one business tune (Vat incl). Any subsequent requests for new tunes shall be done at a 50% discounted rate.

HOW DO I MAKE THE PAYMENTS?

All payments shall be made to Mobipesa Limited via M-Pesa and are to be transferred to business Pay Bill Number 4086029, Acc: Business Name.
